A: The trade marked Impera Italia method is proven to work on more than 7 years feedback and is an not only effective, but guarantees great results for the client and the applicator. We only teach and approve what we believe in: the highest quality hand-made Venetian plaster finishes.
We analysed over the methodology and look of over 50.000 msq of Venetian plaster feature walls and invested over a hundred thousand working hours so our technicians have outstanding experience. Beside that we constantly learn and re-learn so we’re up-to-date with the market trends and consult architects and designers to understand the market and it’s requirements.
Finally, our instructors are extremely experienced applicators who applied thousands of square metres and are familiar with all basic and advanced techniques. We believe that only applicators who are committed to constant development and continue to meet clients’ requirements can teach the next generation of artists.
Q: Do you teach on walls?
A: Yes, we do! You will be able to practice on walls and corners.
Q: How can I become an approved applicator?
A: To be an approved applicator, you will need to take the exam for the level 1, 2 or 3 mastery.
The exam dates will be announce when the course is completed and once you have created your first feature walls you can sign up!
Q: Why don’t you cover more finishes? I’ve seen others teaching a dozen or more!
A: We do teach a great number of techniques, but try to limit the type of plaster to ensure that you will be able to absorb the knowledge. Our firm belief is that courses should not incorporate dozens of finishes because of commercial considerations.
Q: I’ve seen some interesting finishes online. Would it be possible to add it to the list of finishes that we learn?
A: We do teach special and bespoke finishes, but -due to the schedule- currently not ones selected by the students. We ensure that you will be able to apply those which are in demand!
Q: Do you offer on-site training?
A: Yes, we do. Please contact us for details!
