Le Finiture Del Maestro Course Overview
Our one-to-one Finiture Del Maestro course has been designed to give you the opportunity to learn how to achieve one of our Bespoke Finishes as seen on our London Showroom panels. Our London-based course will demonstrate and teach you the most important techniques of Venetian plastering or Metallic Paints; in this course, you will learn how to achieve the finish of your choice.
The course is led by a Master applicator trained in Italy, with many years and thousands of square meters of experience who will not only answer all your questions but also make sure you will leave with the skills to create stunning feature walls and ceilings!
By booking this course you will benefit from a 20% discount on your Special Effect Package on the course day when bought in person. Please bear in mind that the tools are not included in the Finiture Del Maestro Kit.
This course will not only explain the importance but also demonstrate the application of various Venetian plaster base coats, differences between acrylic and lime-based polished plaster, protectors and colour washes that can enrich and protect the finishes.

Who Should Attend Our Special Effect Course?
We can recommend this course if you’re looking to learn a range of stunning Italian finishes, applied with traditional and modern methods.
We will teach you all the necessary steps required to achieve our Finishes, please bear in mind that as Venetian Plaster is an Art, there is a level of skill involved in being able to replicate our Panel which was done by a trained Artist.
Please take into consideration that by attending this course, we are not guaranteeing your finish will match what we have in our Showroom. Time, Experience, and Practice will be required.

Please ensure you bring along protective clothing and gloves as this is a hands-on course.
Entry Requirements
This is a lvl1 Venetian plastering training offered by Impera Italia and no prior knowledge of Venetian plastering (or polished plaster, marmorino, or any other Italian marble plaster) is needed to start this course. The most used Italian decorative plasters and their application standards are covered, with extensive theoretical knowledge of Venetian plasters and high-end decorating methods.

You will learn how to handle and repair accidental damages
How to properly prepare any substrate for Venetian plastering
You will know how to re-seal or re-protect a surface
How to change the effect/look in situ (on-site)
And finally, how to deal with wetroom applications
