    Ecoresinas W TRP Radiant Resin is a two-component varnish based on hydro-silated acrylic resin and aliphatic polyisocyanate in an aqueous environment. It is characterized by high resistance to stains produced by common household products.

    It presents outstanding abrasion resistance and allows very easy polishing of its surface, used as a finishing coating for flooring systems such as MicroQuarz®, resins, and various industrial applications.

    It is also suitable as a coating for multi-purpose skating areas in sports clubs, public institutions, and schools.

    Specifications

    Coverage:

    • Approximately 1.2kg per 10sqm (2 coats).

    This is made up of:

    • 1kg of Finish W TRP Radiant Comp A
    • 200g of Finish W TRP Radiant Comp B

    Number of coats:

    • 2 coats.

    Dilution:

    • No dilution, instead the following mixture should be created (based on a 10sqm kit). 1.25L of Component A, 0.375L of Component B, 163ml of water.
    • The preparation ratio for Top is:

    Top A 3.33 : 1 Top B. The total volume is divided by 10 and this is how much water should be added.

    So 1.25L of Top A + 0.375L of Top B is 1.625L of solution. Now divide this number by 10 to make 162.5ml. (This is the amount of water to add (Rounded to 153ml)). This formula can be adjusted for any amount of Top that is to be prepared.

    Tools:

    • Foam roller.
    • Brush
    • Mixing blade.



    Storage:

    • Approximately 12 months in a heated area, in its original sealed container.

    Disclaimers

    • It is essential to wear protective goggles and
      gloves during mixing and application. In case of
      contact with the eyes, rinse immediately and
      thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical
      attention.
    • The surface can be carefully walked on after 24
      hours.

    • Full curing takes 15 days at a stable temperature of 25°C.

    • Work in shaded areas and do not apply under direct sunlight.

    • After 24 hours, sanding is required to ensure that recoating is
      safe.
    • The ambient and substrate temperature must be between 10°C
      and 25°C. Relative humidity must be below 80%. During
      application and drying, ensure good ventilation of the area
      while avoiding dust contamination.
