Protego Component A Extra Durable, Hard Wearing Resin Sealer In Selected Sheen Level (Requires Protego Component B)

Regular price From £108.00

Protego is the next generation of Resin sealers for our Microcement Products. Component A is the main ingredient, as it determines the final sheen of the application. This can be Matt, Satin or Gloss. The component B is generic and is the same regardless of which component A is used. This sealer is made up of an A + B component, with water being added on top, similar to the Link component.  The ratio for Mixing up Protego is: 5 parts Component A + 1 parts Component B. Once these have been mixed, the sealer is ready to use, although up to 5% water can be added if desired to help with spreadability.

Purchasing one of our complete coating systems with this sealer will provide a significant discount over purchasing this sealer individually. These have been made available to purchase separately for specific circumstances where only one component is needed.

  • Any showers or floors should not be used for 48 hours after application. Light traffic is okay for the first 5 days, but no furniture should be placed on the surface until after 7 days. The Maximum hardness is achieved after 21 days.
